Albert Sirois

Founder and Proprietor of JAS Manufacturing, LLC. Albert Sirois is a professional trained Metallurgical Engineer with extensive experience in Welding Engineering Technologies. Maine born and true bred New Englander, Albert studied Material Engineering in Boston where he made waves that landed a position at Ingersoll Rand Nashua.

It was with Ingersoll Rand that Albert began establishing a long-standing and recognized reputation for providing Quality & Value Adding Objectives in Alloyed Metal Products by his Peers.

Years later while away on business in the UK Albert spied the European variant of Trailer Side-Guard that would inspire his idea on improving US Highway Safety with the Anti-Under-Ride/Side-Guard system.

It would be after establishing and selling two successful business in mechanical production that Albert and his team of like minded mechanical professionals would set out to develop a new Side-Guard system that eclipses its European counterparts in driver safety.

With over Thirty Years worth of experience in Manufacturing Engineering,  Design & Welding of Original Equipment, and the Industrial Metal Products Manufacturing Industry. Albert's well earned reputation translates to the pure quality of the JAS Manufacturing Anti-Under-Ride/Side-Guard system.

Bill Thomson

Family man, Outdoorsman, and Scout Leader. Bill Thomson was born and raised in Reading, MA. Bringing to the table 25 plus years of Mechanical Engineering experience and a Designing Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Bill's contribution to JAS Manufacturing's Anti-Under-Ride/Side-Guard certainly can't be understated.

Sidney Stirk

Long time close Friend and Mentor. Sidney Stirk was a graduate of Yale and for several years a Professor at University of Massachusetts in Lowell. Sidney would later in life meet a still green Albert Sirois at Ingersoll Rand in Nashua where he took Albert under his wing and mentored the young aspiring Mechanical Engineer. 

It was Sidney's guiding hand and encouragement that made JAS Manufacturing's Anti-Under-Ride/Side-Guard what it is today.
